1. Holding pressure and time


As the holding time increases, the weight of the bottle cap gradually increases, resulting in an increase in volume. Similarly, as the holding pressure increases, the weight of the raw material increases in the same period of time, and the weight of the bottle cap increases, which will lead to an increase in volume (increase in size).


2. Cooling time


Regardless of visual analysis or experimental data, as the cooling time of the medicine bottle cap in the mold increases, the temperature of the bottle cap will obviously show a linear decrease. This phenomenon also exists when the lid is cooled after demoulding, but it will take longer to reduce the same temperature. That is to say, within the same period of time, the cooling effect in the mold is far better than the cooling after demoulding.
